Explore It Live is in development. This help page explains the intended experience. We will announce app availability on this website. There is no account login or checkout here.
Choose to start a tour
A tour is intended to begin only after you choose to start it. Automatic narration and audio are then on by default. You can switch narration independently of map rotation, select places manually and turn audio off. The narration text can be expanded. Location and microphone access are needed only for relevant features.
Ask questions
Typed and spoken questions about a place are planned. Recording stays visible: Cancel discards it, Stop opens the transcript for review, and Send processes the question. A new microphone question stops the previous narration.
Language and voice
German, English, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch are planned. Narration should use a voice matching your chosen language, independently of the device language. Voices are listened to and checked before selection; the final sound and availability are not yet fixed.
Trial and time packages
Plans include a one-time free 30-minute trial and Explore Hour, Afternoon, Day and Pass with 1, 3, 5 and 15 hours. Packages are intended to be started and paused, without a monthly subscription. Store products and purchase verification are not active yet. Applicable regional prices and terms will be shown before any future purchase.
How the interaction guarantee is intended to work
Normal interactions are intended to be included during active Explore time. Once the Explore time is fully used, only the unused part of the guaranteed interaction time is credited once as remaining interaction credit. Example: 60 minutes of Explore, 30 minutes guaranteed, 18 used — 12 interaction minutes remain. It does not mean an automatic extra 30 minutes on top of 60.
Pause, safety and support
Pause and Stop are intended to interrupt or end active use. Screen lock, switching apps, calls and connection loss still need Android and iPhone testing; offline or background operation is not guaranteed.
