The website and development app are separate
This notice covers explore-it-live.to-learn.it and our email communications. Visiting the website does not create an app account. The app is provided separately, with information about its data processing before you use the relevant features.
Technical data when loading a page
Delivering and protecting the website requires processing data such as your IP address, request time, requested address, response status and connection/browser details sent by your browser. These data come from your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our interest in a secure, available website. Pages cannot be delivered without the necessary connection data.
Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on a server in Nuremberg. The website and its upstream proxy do not keep access logs of page visits. Necessary connection data are processed when delivering pages. Technical error and server logs may be generated for operational and security analysis. Retention depends on the diagnostic period needed, the nature and seriousness of an incident and any necessary statutory records. Website error logs have size limits and rotate; this does not establish a fixed deletion period for all server logs.
No analytics or embedded third-party services
This website uses no analytics or advertising trackers, contact forms, cookies, externally loaded fonts or embedded maps. There is no website account or automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects. Language selection needs no tracking identifier. If you open an external link, the other provider's processing applies there.
Email and rights requests
If you write to us, we process the sender address, any name you provide, message, attachments and necessary handling records. Mail to exploreitlive@to-learn.it is forwarded to office@to-learn.it. We use it to deal with your request: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) for communication and Article 6(1)(c) for legal duties, including data protection requests. Contact is voluntary; without a suitable reply address we may be unable to respond.
Access and retention
Only responsible staff and necessary hosting/communication providers receive access. Disclosure is limited to the relevant purpose or a legal duty. Messages and handling records are kept only as needed to handle the matter, a specifically justified legal claim or a statutory obligation. Legally required financial records are kept separately with restricted access and limited purposes.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Any consent can be withdrawn for the future. Contact us using the privacy address. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month, and explain any necessary statutory extension within that month.
Complaints

Information about the app
Explore It Live is being developed as an app. Profiles, location-based features, questions, voice functions and optional travel memories involve different processing from this website. Before use, we will separately explain the services, data, purposes, legal bases and retention involved. This website loads no maps and requests no location or microphone permission.
